Refund Policy

All sales are final. Waypointcard does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. Please carefully review your order and ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at waypointcard@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your case and assist you accordingly.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Waypointcard is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid address, we cannot modify or redirect the package once it has shipped.

In cases where a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempt, the customer must contact us at waypointcard@gmail.com. A reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
